The Alkali Bluet (Enallagma clausum) is a damselfly of the Northwest, the Midwest and the Great Plains where it is often associated with saline lakes. The top 3 shots here were taken at Bear River N.W.R., Box Elder Co., Utah, in June, 2007, with a Canon EOS 1D Mark III and EF 300mm F/4 L IS lens and 2X extender.
