The Blyde River Canyon, Mpumalanga Province, South Africa, is one of nature's most amazing creations. This canyon, which rivals any other great canyon in the world, is just awe inspiring. Blyde River may be seen at the bottom of the canyon, far below. The two shots here were taken in January, 2006, with a Canon EOS 1D Mark II and Sigma 12-24 mm lens.
