	The Desert Spiny Lizard (Sceloporus magister) is a widespread desert lizard of the American Southwest and Mexico. The one shown here was a captive animal at the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum in Tucson, Arizona. The images were shot in April, 2003, with a Canon EOS 10D and EF 70-200 F/2.8 L IS lens and 2X extender.
