The Green-and-white Hummingbird (Leucippus viridicauda) is endemic to highlands of Peru. The images shown here were taken near Machu Picchu, Departmento de Cusco, Peru, in July, 2006, with a Canon EOS 1D Mark II and EF 300 mm F/4 L IS lens and 2X extender in July, 2006. Males and females look alike.
