The Lyside Sulphur (Kricogonia lyside) ranges from northern South America north to Texas. It wanders farther north on occasion. The top shot here was taken in Real Co., Texas in May, 2003, with a Canon EOS 10D and EF 180mm F/3.5 Macro.

The next two images were shot during May, 2006, near Edinburg, Hidalgo Co., Texas, with a Canon EOS 1D Mark II and EF 180mm F/3.5 Macro lens.

The next two images were shot at the same location and with the same gear as the two just above, but in June, 2006.
