| The Plateau Dragonlet (Erythrodiplax basifusca) is a dragonfly of the southwestern United States and Mexico. In the U.S. it is found in south and west Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. The first two shots here were taken in the Chinati Mountains of Presidio Co., Texas in September, 2004, with a Canon EOS 1D Mark II and EF 300 mm F4 L IS lens with a 2X extender and 550 EX flash. |
