The Sedge Sprite (Nehalennia irene) mainly occurs in the northern United States and parts of Canada.The male and female shown here were digital shots in Houston Co., Minnesota in July 2004 with a Canon EOS 1D Mark II and EF 180 mm F/3.5 mm macro lens with a 2X extender and 550 EX flash.
