The Tailed Orange (Pyrisitia proterpia) ranges from South America northward to parts of the southwestern United States. The one in the top two shots on the left was in Austin, Travis Co., Texas, in November, 2007, and was shot with a Canon EOS 1D Mark III and EF 300mm F/4 L IS lens and 2X extender.
