West Texas Storms
The skies of west Texas may sometimes produce terrific scenes during stormy weather. The top two shots here were taken along Hwy. 17 between Fort Davis and Balmorhea in September, 2006, as thunderstorms marched across the desert toward me. These images were taken with a Canon EOS 1D Mark II and Sigma 12-24mm lens.
